During August, we experienced one of the coaster climb package's that Thorpe Park has to offer. Out of the choices of Nemesis Inferno, Colossus and The Swarm, we decided to have a lift hill walk of The Swarm.
The walk includes a tour guide who walks you to the top. You are in a full body harness and you are given a full a safety talk whilst getting ready. You then start the walk up the lift hill, which is 127ft and is over 150+ steps to the top. At the top, you are shown the sites of the surrounding area, you can see Windsor Castle, The Shard and more clearly, the park from above! (Views do vary depending on the weather)
The lift hill walks are available for anybody as they part of the V.I.P Experience that Thorpe Park have introduced this year, you can see more here:
