We were kindly invited down on Friday 20th July by Thorpe Park to preview the new experience landing on the island this summer!
A hoard of zombies have invaded the woodland on the outskirts of THORPE PARK Resort and we need YOUR help to hunt them down and eradicate them, before we have an epidemic on our hands! Grab your mates and take on this family-friendly interactive laser blaster quest to defeat the zombies and regain control of THORPE PARK Resort
Equipped with a 'laser tag' style gun you head onto the old Canada Creek Railway line where you're met by a friendly face who prepares you on the shooting range for battle.
Along the way you come face to face with 6 iconic zombies, each with their own character and scene. The gameplay works well, find the targets on the zombie's and shoot! They have to be shot a certain number of times before they die and you can proceed! (Tip: research the characters on the posters outside the attraction before entering)
There is a real variety of scenes and quality level of themeing throughout the experience which is nice.
We would have loved to see more zombies to shoot at, but we understand as a family attraction the intensity needs to be reasonable. All the zombies played their part brilliantly, along with the enthusiastic guides whose humour compliments the fun nature of the attraction perfectly.
Overall, Zombie Hunt provides a really fun & interactive experience that is suitable for everyone (who can handle a scare or two of course)!

Zombie Hunt is a timed event, free timed tickets tickets will be available on the day from the Zombie Hunt entrance between 10am & 12pm every day, but once they're gone, that's it - there won't be anymore available so we encourage wannabe hunters to pre-book online for £1.50 to guarantee their fight back against the Zombies.
Zombie Hunt runs from 21st July to 3rd September 2018.
