Paultons Park have released the first substantial look at what we can expect to see in their new expansion land, named Tornado Springs which is due to open in May 2020.
Several twitter accounts have been set up over the past months based on the residents of Tornado Springs who have happily been interacting with each other. Just this week a massive storm hit and destroyed everything it seems.
We love how clever this marketing strategy has been, and believe this is a look at the construction site, ready for Tornado Springs 're-build'. Earlier today (15/02/2019), the 'big reveal' was shared from the Tornado Springs twitter account advertising that they would open for tourist visits in May 2020!
As we can see from the poster it gives us a first look at rides and attractions we might expect to see from this new land. Some of this also appears to line up with the trademarks that were filed last year by the park...
Based on the Trademark, and the promo image, this essentially confirms we will see a new headline Rollercoaster attraction as part of this land, called Storm Chaser!
The Trademark lists a driving school which certainly fits in with the description for and theme for Al's Garage.
There is even a logo filed here on the trademark, and based on the promo image and description we can expect to see a new catering option of an American Diner!
Could we see a new water ride, or large scale themeing feature, or even a re-theming one of their existing water rides (Wave Runner or Raging River)?
Based on the area of construction, there is a Tractor based ride already at the park, so wonder if we can expect this to be incorporated into the new area.
Whilst not announced in the promo image, we can't help but notice what looks like two drop towers, and a gyro swing of some type, which is very exciting and could add even more to what is already an ambitious & impressive looking expansion.
Tornado Springs will open in May 2020 at Paultons Park. Are you excited?
